Linear Bearings or Shaft Guidance Systems provide a method to move and position loads or machine parts in a linear direction. They are usually comprised of a shaft or rail combined with a linear ball bearing or linear plain bearing. 

The main types of Linear Bearing are:

• Linear Ball Bearing or Linear Ball Bushing - available in closed type for round shaft and open (slot cutout) for supported shaft
• Housed Linear ball bearings - as above but supplied in various types of housing to mount easily to your application
• Profiled Rail Linear Guides - comprising of a recirculating ball carriage and profiled rail.
