This is the correct replacement for the top headset bearing on my 2015 size 61cm Specialized Roubaix. Your Roubaix may vary, so measure the old one first.
Anyway, it's stainless, it's shiny, and it has that almost unreal feeling of a top quality bearing: devoid of friction and stiction in rotation, and in every other direction totally solid. It's so obviously a top notch part that it feels like a shame to seal it out of sight inside the frame.
